I’m Agus Gunawan, the founder and licensed buyer’s agent at Perth Property Adviser WA. I moved to Perth in 2000 to pursue a university degree bachelor of commerce in Finance and Information Systems at Curtin University, graduating in 2004. My property journey began in 2009 when I purchased my first investment property—a one-bedroom apartment in Melbourne. Since then, I have been actively involved in buying, renovating, and flipping properties.

Today, my wife and I have successfully built a property portfolio valued at nearly $4 million. Through this experience, I’ve gained invaluable insights into the property market, and now, I’m passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals through smart property investments.
